Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with transparent information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We aim to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely manner and in perfect condition.

The buyer will be charged a flat rate of $8 for shipping.

The vendor will then arrange which shipping format, timeline and rate to use (FedEx, UPS, or USPS)

For best cost and coverage, as an example - when using UPS items should be sent in UPS provided packaging. The tracking code will be added to the order so all participants can follow the package to delivery.

A basic shipping insurance should be included in the shipping cost. (If the vendor is shipping by UPS, then using UPS packing will ensure it is included. Or it can be added for an additional cost.)
Scrubestiary provides no warranties and full responsibility of accurate information is dependent upon the buyer and seller. We are actively researching a more efficient streamline pre-paid shipping label process. Thank you for your patience!
Return & Refund
Policy
Scrubestiary™ is a marketplace facilitator, meaning we do not physically handle any of the items sold by vendors.
Our default policy is "Sold As-is and Buyer Beware".
We encourage transparency between both parties with positive resolve to any purchase.
The return or refund discussion is primarily between the seller and buyer.
If a buyer uses PayPal to make a purchase, they may go through PayPal to help resolve any disputes.
We encourage the buyer to contact the seller / vendor first to resolve any misunderstanding.
We do expect the product to be shipped out within two days, plus the 3 - 5 days for delivery, making a total maximum of 7 days from date of purchase for arrival to the buyer.
The buyer will be given two days after delivery to review their purchase. The refund and return must be requested within those 48 hours after delivery.
Extenuating circumstances can be reviewed by Scrubestiary. Please email us with all facts and cc the vendor.
Return Shipping fees will be on the part of the buyer.
S/H and the Processing Fee is not included in any potential refund.
