Shipping Policy
Welcome to Scrubestiary! Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with transparent information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We aim to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We have coordinated with UPS to provide pre-paid shipping, paid for by the buyer. Shipping is determined by weight and choice of time frame. (The average weight for one scrub top is 2lbs. Most packages shipped with in the main land U.S. weighing less than 15lbs will be approximately $10 or less.) For best cost and coverage, items should be sent in UPS provided packaging. The tracking code will be logged into our site so all participants can follow the package to delivery.
Scrubestiary provides no warranties and full responsibility of accurate information is dependent up on the buyer and seller.
Return & Refund Policy
At Scrubestiary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a company, we facilitate items sold by individual vendors. All items sold must be in good, like-new, or new condition with no wear and tear, holes, or noticeable chaffing marks. Items should be pre-laundered and free of any presence of previous living environments (ex. animal hair, cigarettes' smoke, vaping, recreational odors or individual perfumes). Although, as facilitators of this circular-fashion marketplace, we do not handle any of the product, we will be monitoring feedback and ratings of buyers and sellers. We reserve the right to discontinue availability to either party if warranted. As fellow healthcare professionals by day (or night), we expect the same utmost service provided to patients be provided to one another here.
Any refund or return is determined by the vendor / seller.
